These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between the operating entity of the apk365 platform (hereinafter "apk365", "the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, registers, deposits funds on, or otherwise uses the apk365 website and associated services (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you", "your").

To register and maintain an account on apk365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension pending verification.

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the apk365 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your apk365 account login credentials, including your username and password. apk365 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number to protect your account from unauthorised access.

apk365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, is associated with fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users. In such cases, apk365 will provide notice to the affected user to the extent reasonably practicable.

All financial transactions on the apk365 platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). apk365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT.

Deposits are generally credited to your apk365 account balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt by the relevant payment processor. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the apk365 cashier page. apk365 does not charge fees for standard PKR deposits, though your payment provider may apply separate charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal is processed.

General bonus terms applicable across all apk365 promotions unless otherwise stated in individual offer terms include:

apk365 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or settled in error due to a technical fault, a manifest pricing error, or a data feed malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

For sports and cricket betting markets, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted up to the market closure time specified for each event. No bet will be accepted after the relevant market has closed.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled and not resumed within the period specified in the market rules, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at apk365's discretion. Any bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the apk365 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair financial advantage.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which apk365 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the apk365 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute being submitted to apk365, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent apk365 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm.
